No. CruiseStay USA is a marketing directory. Guests book directly on Airbnb, VRBO, or Booking.com. We never process guest payments.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are annual and non-refundable, but you can let them expire at renewal without further charges.
When does my listing go live?
After submission our team reviews your listing within 1–2 business days. Once approved it appears in search results immediately.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes — contact us to upgrade your plan level at any time. You'll be pro-rated for the remainder of your billing period.
