Host subscriptions are annual and non-refundable. Subscription fees cover listing placement and marketing promotion on CruiseStay USA. Subscription tiers determine listing placement priority and available features.

5. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. CruiseStay USA is not liable for unauthorized access to user accounts.

6. Limitation of Liability

CruiseStay USA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, stays at listed properties, or transactions conducted through third-party booking platforms.
